Oh man this brings me some great memories, can't believe it's been 9 years and Halo 4 came out 8 years ago, I'm looking at all these terminals and lore videos again before Infinite comes out even though I don't really need to lol but I just fucking love Halo's lore.

I’m still learning about the Halo lore. I’m right now marathoning through the games. But keeping the Flood samples after going through all the efforts of building the Halo’s that wiped out all sentient life doesn’t make sense. Sounds insane to keep Flood samples if a WMD of such a scale and nature was necessary.
